ALL THE MEN ARE EQUALS UNDER THE LAW THAT RULES THE UNIVERSE! Favors, miracles or mysteries do not exist! Nobody is special under the laws of God! There will never be particular cases! Because the INFINITE BEING, who is God, never goes down to the condition of individuality, to rule whatsoever with character of particularity. In God everything is UNIVERSAL because He rules everything by means of the Law. The Central Law of Equilibrium functions eternal, perfect and immutably!

    Under the General Law of Universal Equilibrium, each one defines oneself and becomes totally responsible. The responsibility is the law that turns the spirit meritorious of his conquests; it makes that he plants and harvests in the direct ratio to learn to discern between the Good and the Evil; thus, coming to conceive how much it matters to be harmonic under the Law. The responsibility always grows in the spirits in correspondence with the growth in knowledge, there is nothing that could depose against it.

    It has always been said by the best experts that between the Father and the son lies the Law of Equilibrium; that Force which sets the Justice in motion, against or in favor, as well as the acts of the son are harmonious or not.

    The LAW presides everything, registering all the effects, integrally, being positive or negative ones. It is the KARMA, it is the intimate registering. JUSTICE, in its turn, is the reward delivering instrument. Nothing escapes from it, in the course of the times and lives. Whoever wants to, in a simple and synthetic way, observe the functioning of the BASIC POWER, which is a mixture of JUSTICE and LAW, take notice in the tremendous situational and conditional divergences which one finds oneself subordinated to. The tremendous divergences of situation and condition, among the individuals - if did not prove the laws of CAUSE and EFFECT, or of responsibility - they would prove that in GOD there is error by JUSTICE exemption. In God there is plenitude of JUSTICE and LAW. Furthermore, because of that, equal is GOD towards all, and all are equal towards GOD, in basis of JUSTICE and LAW. The point is not opposing the LAW in order not to put JUSTICE into motion against oneself.

    Not having what to change in the Law, that son who becomes conscious must modify himself; because if he does not do it willingly, to the expense of knowing to use INTELLIGENCE and LOVE, he will have to do it in pain, facing ATONEMENT and PAIN.

    The Ten Commandments are the intellectual reflexive of the Law of Equilibrium or Cause and Effect. To derogate the Ten Commandments it would be necessary to put an end to the Universal Equilibrium.

    The Law of God contains the Integral Doctrine, in theory and in practice, because the same Jesus, who transmitted it by order of the Father, came later to live it among His tutored people, so that the Law would be theoretical and practically known, and be set integrally in the reach of all the children of God. Moses was the carnal instrument, the medium (or psychic) who served as transmitter.

    The Divine Example of Jesus serves as school. He did not come to derogate the Law, but to testify it. Still, to derogate it, it would have to be more than God, what would be ridiculous to intend to be. After all, what is necessary to the children is to respect the laws of the Father. Who opposes the Law of God, naturally registers in himself complaints, under the Law of Cause and Effect, having in the obligation of repairing the faults, repaying the debts. Once there has been trespass to the Commandments, we would have validated the Law of Equilibrium to react; and its reaction is known as Divine Justice. Moreover, in the model word of Jesus, we will find the total affirmative, when He standed out that He came to fulfill the Law because out of the Law no farthing will remain without fulfillment!

    The written or intellectual Law concerns the Law of Equilibrium. The written Law orders not to mistake while the Law of Equilibrium, which is intimate, registers the actions in the individual himself. Who transgresses the Law of God, certainly registers in himself the transgressive mark, the injuries, carrying with him his karmic pack, knowing it or not, enjoying it or not.

    As there is total and perfect incidence among actions and conditions of the spirit, it is easy to understand what is called the law of the specific weight, of the relations between the electromagnetic qualities of the constituent elements of the astral body and the place where the spirit has to be. Nobody has his dwelling place by a force of bureaucratic organisms or cabinet maquinations; but to each one will be given to dwell in a level of life that represents in the exterior, the correspondent of its interior pattern. It is the law of the specific weight directing each one to its common level of habitation and life, ways and ends. For this reason, when discarnate, he will go either to one of sub-bands of the sub-crust, or of the thresholds, or of the luminous heavens.

    The Seven Heavens, which compose the terricolous astral world, or seven concentrical and superposed bands, naturally subdivide themselves in multiple sub-bands, and all this is so that each spirit receives, for habitation, his specific locality, his dwelling place according to the determination of the vibratory conditionings. The crowns, bands or heavens, reveal themselves in hierarchic growth from the inside to the outside. The bands of the sub-crust and the [thresholds] are of darknesses, wailing and gnashing of teeth, while the exterior ones go magnifying in Light and Glory.

    To facilitate the understanding, pretend that the law of the specific weight is the same Divine Justice, acting inside of each one, taking note of the thoughts and the actions of the person, registering in the person himself, so that he can be eternally his judge himself, without being able to deny his same acts and merits. And who wants to read chapters eighteen in Ezekiel and twenty two in The Revelation, will find this truth in perfect statement. “To each one according to one’s work” is law, it is not an affirmative of contemplative or mystic character.

    When someone thinks on the Excel Doctrine, think of the three senses of the Law of God: to love God in Spirit and Truth or above formalisms and superstitions; to be decent in the social behavior or to love his neighbor as himself; and to know to cultivate the Revelation, for knowing that the same Law of God, the biggest existing document, and therefore irrevocable, came through the Revelation, the communicability of the spirits. Nobody adores God, without being by the knowledge and respect for His laws. Nobody loves his neighbor, without being by the goodness acts. As the Law has been transmitted to the mankind by angels, spirits or souls, or by mediunism, here is where the lesson that it encloses is complete.

    The idolatry is a bad habit, only the worse bad habit than the many other bad habits, as the tobacco, the alcohol, the narcotics, etc., etc. For bad habits, wrong and disgusting practices seem virtues! Few people believe in the interior light, in the values of the sublimate heart and the mental lucidity, from where rises to the worthy workmanships between brothers, in virtue of the observances of the Law of God; however, almost everybody trust the idolatries, the heathen offerings, the superstitious rituals and the commercialism of the clergies, which are highly compromising things.

    The human concepts can vary, but nobody will ever be able to argue with the Law and to eliminate the Justice.
